Twenty One Pilots have released their eighth studio album, 'Breach,' on Friday (September 12), and concludes a decade-long narrative that began with their 2015 album Blurryface.
The album features tracks like "City Walls," which picks up from the cliffhanger of their previous album's closing track, "Paladin Strait." The song and its music video depict a final battle against their character Dema's governing bishops. The album includes other notable tracks such as "RAWFEAR," "Drum Show," and "Garbage," each exploring themes of anxiety, passion, and self-worth. The lead single, "The Contract," was released in June, offering fans a glimpse into the album's darker, experimental sound.
Breach's release was preceded by listening events at indie record stores across the U.S., where fans could hear the album before its official release. Listen to Breach on iHeartRadio.
Twenty One Pilots is set to kick off "The Clancy Tour: Breach" in Ohio on September 18, and makes stops all across the country including Milwaukee, Virginia Beach, Charlotte, West Palm Beach, Tampa, Dallas and more, before wrapping up in Los Angeles on October 25th.
